Syntax: cast 'enchant armor' <armor>
This spell magically enchants a piece of armor, adding +1 AC to armor level
50 and below, +2 to armor between level 51 and 100, and +3 to armor above
level 100. Each piece of armor can only be enchanted once. The chance to
successfully enchant armor is 100%. There is no chance to blow up your
armor with this spell. Casting this spell on a piece of equipment that is
already affected by enchant armor will simply overwrite the old effect.
This is useful if an item's level changes and is eligible for a higher armor
rating from the spell.
